With winter fast approaching, I’ve been taking care of my skin the easy way, by getting in a little extra beauty sleep. French beauty brand, Nuxe, is celebrating 25 years of Rêve de Miel. As someone who is frequently impressed by Nuxe as a brand and who also happens to love honey, I felt that now was a fitting time to introduce this particular line of honey skincare.
Huda’s Mauve Obsessions palette has maintained cult status ever since it launched. I got mine just over a year ago as part of the Cult Beauty 10th birthday goodie bag and it has remained a staple for evening looks in my collection to this day.
The two months since my last empties post passed quicker than you can say ‘goodbye summer’. As such, reluctantly, I’ve accepted that it’s now Autumn. It’s almost impossible to be unaware of the global climate strikes that are currently underway. The world is rightly hearing calls for an acceptance of responsibility, immediate and drastic positive change. And whilst we know that larger changes may need to come from high up, I’ve been making small changes of my own, so that moving forward, I contribute less to the mess we’ve already made. These are a few of the beauty swaps I’ve made to leave a smaller environmental footprint.
